I’ve had fatty liver disease for over ten years and was given no info on how to improve the condition nor warning that it could become Nash. Now I am on Rezdiffra. The pharmacy that sends it too me told me to eat a Mediterranean diet when I asked. Still nothing from doctors. I now am on Zepbound and am working with a dietitian. All my own doing. Thank God for the internet as my doctors are worthless s dept to prescribe meds.
